    Horrible customer service.... half hour late opening and when I asked if they could open I was snapped at and told they would open when they wanted.

    The food is good but the service and wait time to the slowest ever. One hour wait time from the time you walk in the door.

    My friend and I were in there Saturday afternoon to grab dinner, neither of us were very impressed by the young, tall, thin dark haired girl waiting on us. She was not friendly, never smiled and not very courteous. She was the same way with the next customer. It does not look good when all paying customers are treated like this. You could also see another young man in the back, not cooking but helping...he was eating fries while handling food. The three of us stood there dumbfounded.
