  There is great potential here but currently it isn't doing a very good job. I would return to try it again and give it a second chance, maybe they had an off day? If it was like that again I won't return.

  The staff was very friendly and apologetic, the server was obviously embarrassed by the quality of the food that she had to bring to our table. We ordered 2 burgers which came warmish with the wrong toppings, a hot dog that came out frozen in the middle, and on the menu it says the fries are fresh cut, ours were not. We had ice cream after and it was very soft and melty.

  We were kindly greeted by Dave upon entering and let him know it was our first time at a Ketchup's. He gave us some history and recommended things that we would like. We loved the poutine! The burgers were top notch especially with the bacon ketchup. Prices were reasonable. My only regret was that I was too full to try their specialty wings and everything else on the menu.

  This place is terrible. We walked in and were told that there was no liquor available because it was all infested with fruit flies. Their pound of wings is more like a half pound and the food is subpar especially for the high cost. Save yourself the trip and find another place.

  None of the food was hot, warm at the best, it was not busy, and just not the well prepared. We were disappointed because we want the place to do well as they promote the use of local products and ingredients. Also, the A/C wasn't on, it should have been, and the doors were propped open.
