  Jim the franchise owner calls me the next day and basically tells me I am lying. That there was always a supervisor. Fights for 20 minutes with me about it.

  From Manitoulin Island: While shopping called in my order.. Picked it up with a few minutes wait and was on my way. The staff was friendly and efficient with the large amount of people there. Love the idea of the service board. There were no stamp cards available. Sure hope your ads come to the Island. And just to let you know the pizza was delicious. Thanks for coming to our area.

  I had a terrible takeout experience at Topper's Pizza. We ordered a pizza, paid, and it was expected to be completed and ready to be taken in 10-15 minutes. They took longer than expected and we waited 30 minutes for the order to be given to us. They did not have our order done in the 30 minutes and if we wanted the pizza, we would have waited another 30 minutes. We asked for a refund but they were unable to give us a refund. We waited 1 hour for the pizza and it was finally given to us. There was nothing added to the order to compensate for the added length of the order. This was the worst costumer service I've ever received and I don't plan on going back to Toppers Pizza in the near future.

  You can't get your money back because they leave young workers without supervision. That was the lame excuse anyway.

  Half the time, there's an issue with my order; half pep cheese and bacon, half all dressed, comes out 3/4 all dressed..... wings with sauce on the side either comes with no sauce or sauce on them. Walk in slice aren't actually warm when they're given to you.... etc.

  The Espanola location is good, had issues and got them resolved.,.. things need get resolved on the call center end so that orders are taken right.

  Calls my husband the next day because toppers corporate gave him his number and says it was a misunderstanding.
