  Got to give Tom Hortons it's due. Every franchise I've visited from Vancouver to St. John's (NL) is consist of quality. This location is no different. Quick service, usual menu. They are all exactly the same.

  Though often quite busy in the morning rush, its a great place for people of all ages. If the person responsible does not speak your language, they will ask you to wait 10-20 seconds while they get someone who does. Unlike many places, they actualy confirm your order after your done ordering just to make sure & once you get to the window they repeat it again so there's no reason for any mistakes. No problems with the staff(This may change over time) will often be out of things due to the emense amount of people who visit. All in all, a great place.

  Always really busy, the woman on the intercom didn't get my simple order right (French vanilla, hot chocolate, chili, potato wedges). Then once I got to the window, they read me the order again and there was additional items added (Double double, donut). After I paid, they told me they don't have 2 out of the 4 things I ordered, and made an iced coffee instead of a hot chocolate. To continue the bad service, I didn't have the option to get reimbursed so they asked me to pick other items of lesser value.
