  Great salon! Couldn't ask for a nicer staff. I go to Amanda for my hair cuts and I always get excellent service, a great hair cut and excellent colour. They are very aware of new styles and products and always try out new products on me, which I love, as I can try before I buy. Prices are reasonable and I usually only need to book a week ahead for a colour. I highly recommend this salon.

  I made 4 appts for my wedding day; one for me (bride), my mother and my 2 bridesmaids. Everyone knows how busy that day was, we were running late, no one gave a courtesy call which all the other hair salons in this town do. I show up with my one bridesmaid to be informed that they will not do our hair as we were late. I explained that yes we were late but that my mother and other bridesmaid decided to do their own hair so that I could still get mine done, that I was willing to even pay extra for the mix-up. They refused, sent me away 3 hours before my wedding saying they were now "too busy" to do my hair. They were extremely rude and snotty. I will also mention that we booked those 2 appts, so who else did they have booked? No one else was there, not a single customer and there were 4 staff.. so again? How were they too busy? They weren't. So I went to the Hair Plus that's located in the Mall, they gladly did our hair on short notice, and did an amazing job. I will never go back to this place.. ever..
